I'm typing this in bright red in honor of the Communist nature of our current regime, both state and federal. I just read some excerpts from the Letters to the Editor from Reno, NV. Nevada has pretty much been fairly conservative, while at the same time being--Wild West. There has been an influx of Californians, who, after ruining their own state electing these Leftist idiots (including Governor Shriver), then after their state becomes dis-tasteful to them to live in, they come to Nevada and---turn over a new leaf???? No. They proceed with their Liberal nonsense and try to ruin Nevada also. They actually have a smoking ban in Nevada--where it's legal to hire a hooker and gamble and drink 24/7. go figure. I guess the Libs love their partying too much to outlaw those practices as well. Or maybe they just like living.
Anyway, I'm trying to figure out if these letters represent the real Nevada still, or the local rag decided to show those nutty right-wingers on those days. I'm not sure if the so-called journalists there are Leftists or just regular Nevadans.
there seems to be a fair amount of outrage. Savage asks the question: "you think it can't happen here?" he's talking, of course, about a Communist takeover. I'm looking at the other side of it, however: Torches and Pitchforks can also happen--in fact has happened-- here.
the July 3 march on WashingtonDC--is becoming more and more appealing. and I'm here to tell you---these people are not happy big time. there could be some serious trouble--especially if the Libs show up for a "counter-protest." Well, the DC cops can handle it; I've seen them in action--and this was PRE-9/11. Now, they are basically their own branch of the military, I would say (just because of the threats and such).
I thought of a t-shirt idea for those conservative sites: Karl, Jr.
Get it?

As a non-smoker I was positively thrilled about the Smoking Ban. I can't stand cigarette smoke, it makes me cough and it smells bad. And since smells spread out to cover an area, it's not like smoking and non-smoking seats actually do anything. It's like having a peeing and a non-peeing section in a pool.
But anywhoville, that's just my two cents.
I also like the background picture on your blog, it's pretty awesome.

they had the smoking ban up here too. I voted against it because: not only can I relate to smokers (having been a former tobacco user), but also it's not fair because the casinos have an unfair advantage as a result--be they big-time or Indian. As far as being a smoker is concerned, they don't need to be treated like they're second-class or something. That stuff really bugs me.
