so I'm glad to see that local folk hero: Tim Eyman-- will not go down so easy this time. He is suing the Secretary of State--concerning releasing the names of petition signers to the public for commercial use. In his suit, Eyman is asking 71 questions concerning accountability for that reason and possibly others. Tim Eyman is a hero to me--a man willing to stick his neck out to try to reign in the gov't. The Secretary appears to be un-willing to cooperate. Makes you wonder....
